Notes: Known at the winery as “sublime,” this hyper-micro production of fortified sweet wine represents excellence, grandeur, and beauty to inspire great admiration or awe. Made exclusively with the delicious Pedro Giménez, a criollo variety is typical of Samaipata and known as “Grandma’s Grape”. The bunches of grapes slowly ripen on rocky hills, at the edge of mountains and the patios of old-houses. This 1750 wine is the greatest expression of delicacy and elegance of this fragrant variety in the terroir of the Valles Cruceños.
