Notes: A beautiful representation of the Syrah varietal native to the south of France. This very elegant red highlights the sensuality of this variety as grown in Samaipata, the wine-making area with the coolest summers in Bolivia. This vintage has subtle aromas of cherry and sea breeze with a bit of "funkiness." On the palate it has flavors of melted dark chocolate and berries. 

We recommend serving this wine decanted and at room temperature.
