Notes: A wine that might ruffle your purist feathers as an unoaked Cabernet Sauvignon, but we swear by it. This full bodied beauty is a glass full of ripe red fruit, subtle hints of vanilla nutmeg, wood charcoal, black pepper. Flavor combines savory mysteries of jasmine tea, freeze dried strawberries, blackberry structured tannins, shiitake mushrooms, and a bright and so clean, clean finish.
Pairing: Set yourself up with a roaring fire, your favorite big blanket and pour yourself a glass. This ultra-smooth sipper is fully matured Cabernet that won’t overwhelm delicate dishes, is perfect with simple carrots and hummus, big cuts of meat, roasts and ahi tuna.
