Notes: Made exclusively with the delicious Pedro Giménez, a criollo variety is typical of Samaipata and known as “Grandma’s Grape” not to be confused with the Spanish Pedro Ximenez - this white wine is mostly compared with grape varieties Cereze and Criolla Grande. The bunches of grapes slowly ripen on rocky hills, at the edge of mountains and the patios of old-houses. This 1750 wine is the greatest expression of delicacy and elegance of this fragrant variety in the terroir of the Valles Cruceños. Subtle aromas of ripe cantaloupe, herbaceous watermelon rind, and simple in taste.
Pairing: Best served super chilly, this wine is your go-to party wine. An easy to drink, refreshing white wine with a great story to tell friends. Spicy dishes, veggies or on its own.
