Notes: A beautiful representation of the Syrah varietal native to the south of France. This very elegant red highlights the sensuality of this variety as grown in Samaipata, the wine-making area with the coolest summers in Bolivia. Blushing red and pink, this smooth wine combines juicy pops of pomegranate, floral notes of rose petals and violets with a touch of pink peppercorn and cinnamon.
Pairing: We love this wine slightly chilled, paired with duck, lamb, beef, and dishes with tomato sauce.
