Notes: An elegant blend of four varieties this unforgettable white wine lends golden green hues, bright citrusy nose, kaffir lime and a starfruit carries through to the palate with a surprising, delightful zingy zest. There is a waxy minerality, think fossilized, calcium deposit, seashells balanced with lime zest acid. A super unique Torrontés, unlike any other -- combining the cheerful character of the tropical fruits of the Bolivian Torrontés with the structure, acidity and herby notes of classic French varieties like the Sauvignon Blanc.

Pairing: An everyday white wine that pairs beautifully with an array of dishes. We recommend to pour with good ceviche, salteñas, seafood or spice.

The three Bolivian wines that were shared during the tasting on Wed Mar 9th were fantastic and my girlfriend and I love all three and have been looking to get more of the bottles as they all were excellent

The tasting experience and education overall was great. Quality of the red wine could have been better. As for the call and experience - very professional and impressive. Would have wanted to know that I was not going to be on camera or be able to speak to plan ahead. Overall - excellent and would attend other similar events.
