What should I expect after I place my order?

Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes. Alcohol shipments generally require an adult (21+) to sign for the package. Some people prefer to ship packages to their offices to ensure an adult is available to sign for the package.
Can I add a personalized note to my order?
Yes! Simply write your message in the "special instructions for seller" box at the bottom of your shopping cart. If you have any other questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My wine arrived broken, who do I contact?

Can I refund my order?
If the product is unopened we would be glad to accept returns. Please note, there is a $15 restocking fee to cover the charge of having the item returned back to us. This will be deducted from the order total when issuing a refund, once the product has been received by us in the condition it was sent. Please reach out to us to arrange refund at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
If you email email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order, we will work with you to cancel and refund your order.
Can I change my order?
If you email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours, we will refund you your order for you to then place a new order with your desired changes.
I received a shipping error, why?
If you get a shipping error, unfortunately your state won't allow us to ship you alcohol. Write us at email@example.com and we can add you to a list if anything changes for your home state. And write your legislators! We hate this too and hope it changes.
